This is how the dealership program works!

• We will assign you a unique promo code. You start saving and making money immediately once the code is used.

• Your customers should use your promo code to place orders online and save money as arranged. You, your friends, your family, your business customers and anyone who you let use your code are collectively called Your Customer(s). All orders placed by your customers will be recorded under your code.

• You and your customers share the savings from the discounts: 25%, 27.5% and 30% for the Standard, Gold and Platinum Dealership respectively (see the dealership level below). Your customers get the instant discount when placing orders online. You get the rest of savings at the end of every month. We suggest a 10% as the instant discount for your customers. You make the decision and put it in the above menu.

• Use your own code whenever you order Bears in Chairs.
• Tell your friends to use your code for instant discount when they place an order. Let them know about our unique gift concept.
• Tell your co-workers to use your code for instant discount when they place an order. Let them know they can design their own gifts.
• Ask your family to use your code for instant discount when they place an order.
• If you have a business, display your code at a conspicuous spot together with our brochure. Let your customers including your co-workers order Bears in Chairs online with the instant discount. Download the displays from http://MyBiz.BearsinChairs.com if you need.
• If you have an online store, display banners and/or our product images with the instant saving code and let your customers order at www.BearsinChairs.com directly. Or if you prefer, you can let your customers order on your website at the price you set and then you buy it from our website using your code.

• You need to order a dealership to become a dealer, by selecting, from the above menu, the dealership option and instant discount for your customers, and clicking to "Add to Cart."
• We have three levels of dealerships. They come with different valid periods. Standard, Gold and Platinum dealerships are valid for six months, twelve months and twenty-four months respectively. They also have different savings: 25% for Standard, 27.5% for Gold and 30% for Platinum. If you are Platinum Dealer, for example, an order for $200 makes a saving $60 (30%), and you will get paid $40 from this order (if you offer 10% instant discount to your customers).
• Your dealership starts when we send you the unique promo code from us, normally within 1-2 business days after we accept your paid order. We will create an easy to remember and marketing friendly code for you.
• You can cancel your order and get full refund before we send out the unique promo code.
• Dealers are our customers, independent from us, NOT our representative.
• Bears in Chairs uses Yahoo!'s shopping cart and online sales information is compiled by Yahoo! independently! Bears in Chairs guarantees the integrity of the order information under your code, timely shipment of the accepted orders and honoring the discount and savings as agreed!
